ต่ออายุใบอนุญาตมีวัตถอันตรายไว้ในครอบครองเพื่อการขนส่ง จากคุณ : ไพลิน บ.จีโอดีสวิลสันไทย [ 7/2/2551] ทางบริษัท ได้รับใบอนุญาตครั้งแรก พย.2548 และได้ทำการต่ออายุอีกครั้งจะหมดอายุ พย. 2551 ซึ่งได้ทราบว่า แท้งติดตริง (สร้างตามตามกม.ใหม่) ต่องทำการตรวจสอบและมีใบรับรองจากวิศวกร ในการต่ออายุในปีที่ 3 หมายความว่าดิฉันต้องยื่นขอต่ออายุพร้อมใบรับรองในปี 2551 นี้ใช่หรือไม่คะ และครั้งต่อไปต้องมีใบรับรองการตรวจสอบทุกปีหรือไม่คะ ขอบคุณคะ I cannot read what you mentioned in Thai in every column in your web then I also write English for clearer that our Fixed tank (as per new law) will be expired Nov 2008 , this is the 2nd time we got licens after we appleid Nov.2005 - so we do have to get certificate from authorized inspector to extend next licesen in Nov 08 - Am I correct ??? จากคำถาม ไม่ทราบว่าคุณไพลิน ต้องการต่ออายุใบอนุญาตอะไรกันครับ ระหว่างใบอนุญาตครอบครองหรือ ใบขึ้นทะเบียนแท็งก์ติดตรึงถาวร ถ้าต่ออายุใบอนุญาตครอบครองนั้นคุณก็จะต้องยื่นเอกสารประกอบการพิจารณาตามในใบคำขอ(วอ.7) ส่วนทะเบียนแท็งก์ติดตรึง ตามที่คุณไพลินกล่าวนั้นต้องดูก่อนว่าเป็นแท็งก์ที่มีประวัติการสร้างหรือไม่ เป็นแท็งก์มาตรฐานหรือยัง ถ้าสงสัยประเด็นไหน กรุณาติดต่อ ส่วนความปลอดภัยภาชนะบรรจุภัณฑ์ 02-3543405จะมีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยตอบคำถามให้ครับ |
