เห็นด้วยค่ะ ติดต่อยากมากถามอะไรก็ไม่ค่อยรู้ต้องให้ถามกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่เป็นเจ้าของเรื่องโดยตรง (จริงก็เข้าใจนะถามชื่อก็ไม่ยอมบอก) ต้องกะเวลาที่โชคดีจริง ๆ จึงจะโทรติด ทำไมไม่แยกเบอร์ที่จะติดต่อกับเจ้าหน้าที่เจ้าของเรื่องได้โดยตรง จะเป็นพระคุณอย่างสูงค่ะ

โทรศัพท์ มันติดต่อยากจริงๆครับ มันมีคู่สายแค่นี้แหละหลวงขี้เหนียวเจ้าหน้าที่ก็เลยต้องซื้อมือถือแจกเบอร์ให้ผู้ที่มาติดต่อบางรายไป(ที่คุยรู้เรื่องไม่งี่เง่า?) ทั้งที่เป็นเบอร์มือถือใช้ส่วนตัว สำหรับผมเองก็ช่วยๆไปหลายรายที่มานี่ก็ไฟลนก้นมาทั้งนั้นแหละครับ ด่วนหมดไม่มีเรื่องใหนไม่ด่วน มันก็เลยยุ่งนุงนังนี่แหละครับ

ก็ไม่เข้าใจอะไรก็ใช้ช่องทางอื่นก็ได้ครับ เช่น

ศึกษาซะก่อนในเบื้องต้น ไม่ค่อยเข้าใจจุดใหนก็ค่อยติดต่อสอบถามเจ้าหน้าที่อีกที

ไม่ลองอ่านทำความเข้าแต่จะโทร จะโทร จะโทร พอโทรไม่ติด กลายเป็นเสียอารมณ์ ผมเข้าใจครับ ...แต่ไม่รู้จะทำจะช่วยได้อย่างไร ค่อยๆใจเย็นๆ คนไทยคุยกันได้

แต่ผมว่าคำว่างานยุ่ง กับ การเต็มใจบริการ มันคนเรื่องกันนะครับ
ผมทำงานเอกชน คงยุ่งไม่แพ้ราชการมั้งครับ แต่เมื่อลูกค้าติดต่อมา
เราก็ต้องยินดี และทำด้วยความเต็มใจนะครับ

ขนาดคุณแค่เห็นข้อความที่ตำหนิเพื่อนร่วมงานของคุณ คุณยังไม่พอใจเลย
แต่ในทางกลับกันผมได้ยิน และได้ฟังน้ำเสียงที่ไม่ดี และไม่เต็มใจบริการ
จะให้ผมรู้สึกอย่างไรครับ

แบบเราโทรไปสอบถาม น้ำเสียงเค้าก็เหมือนไม่อยากตอบอะ และถามเรากลับในน้ำเสียงเดียวกันว่า มีอะไรจะถามอีกมั๊ย ประมาณ ชั้นจะวางแล้วนะ

ใจเย็นครับ จะไปกันใหญ่แล้ว เรื่องของเรื่องก็คือ เป็นมารยาทและหรือสัน...ส่วนบุคคล ดังนั้นอย่าไปใช้คำรวมว่าที่นั่นหรือที่นี่ เพราะจะกลายเป็นว่าทั้งองค์กร ส่วนถ้าต้องการจะให้ดำเนินการว่ากล่าวตักเตือนนั้น ควรจะให้ชัดเจนกว่านี้ครับ เพื่อระบุเฉพาะบุคคลไม่ใช่ทั้งองค์กร เดียวคนดีๆ(ที่มีอยู่น้อย)จะพลอยหมดกำลังใจไปด้วย ส่วนผู้ที่เป็นคนดีและมีอำนาจดูแลองค์กร ก็ควรสำรวจองค์กรของตัวเอง ว่าเป็นอย่างไรอย่างเป็นธรรม ไม่ต้องให้คนเขามาฟ้องก่อนแล้วค่อยทำ ข้าราชการจะได้เป็นที่พึ่งของประชาชน ตามพระราชประสงค์ของพระองค์ท่าน จำไว้ให้ขึ้นใจว่า " ต้องทำเพื่อประชาชน ตามพระราชประสงค์ " และประชาชนก็อย่ามองว่าข้าราชการ ต้องทำทุกอย่างเพื่อตนเอง เพราะตนเป็นที่พึ่งแห่งตน นี่ก็ตามพระราชประสงค์ เช่นกัน ที่พระองค์อยากเห็นคนไทยอยู่ได้ด้วยตัวเอง และไม่ทะเลาะกัน ช่วยๆกันนะมองโลก 2 ด้าน แล้วจะเห็นว่ามีเหตุ และ มีผล คู่กันเสมอ อย่าทำอะไรโดยไร้เหตุผล หรือทำโดยเอาเหตุผลของตัวเองมาสรุปทุกอย่าง จะเดือดร้อนทั้งส่วนตัว และส่วนรวม พอก่อนเดียวจะยาวเกิน หวังว่าคงเข้าใจกันนะ...
