ดูตรงไหนค่ะ มีแต่ พ.ร.บ..มาตราไหน ไม่เห็นมีระบุว่าห้ามเลยนี่ค่ะ มีปัญหาอยู่เหมือนกัน แล้วกรณึที่แต่เดิมยังไม่อยู่ในการควบคุมพอนำเข้ามาแล้ว ต่อมามีการประกาศให้เป็นวัตถุมีพิษอันตราย จะนำมาขอขึ้นทะเบียนได้หรือไม่ค่ะ .ขอถามแค่นี้ก่อน |
