เวลาที่ยื่นหารือผ่าน Internet ระบบบังคับให้ใส่ส่วนผสมให้ครบ 99 - 100 % แต่ว่าใน spec เคมีบางตัว ยกตัวอย่างเช่น phosphoric acid ( 7664-38-2 ) มีส่วนผสม 88.0 %
ก็ส่วนผสมมันไม่ถึง 99 - 100 แล้วจะต้องทำเยี่ยงไรดีค่ะ
ปวด head มาก ๆ เลยค่ะ ขอรบกวนด้วยนะคะ ขอบคุณค่ะ -_-"

PHOSPHORIC AICD 88% น่าจะเป็นความเข้มข้น 88% ส่วนที่เหลือน่าจะเป็นสารเคมีตัวอื่นๆที่ปนมาและสุดท้ายคือน้ำ ตัวนี้น่าจัดเป็นวัตถุอันตรายประเภท 1 ครับ
PHOSPHORIC ACID มากกว่า 25% ตามพรบ.วัตถุอันตราย พศ.2535 ครับ ผิดถูกประการใด ลองตรวจสอบอีกครั้งหรือ รอผู้รู้มาตอบอีกทีครับ

ทราบค่ะว่า ส่วนผสมหลักมีความเข้มข้น 88% แต่ว่าระบบบังคับให้ใส่ 99 - 100%
ตอนนี้เคมีตัวไหน ที่ไม่ครบ 99% ก็ต้องดันทุรังใส่ 99 ไปก่อนแล้วค่อยไปยื่นถามอีกที ไม่รู้เจ้าหน้าที่เค้าจะว่ายังไง !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ไม่ใช่ค่ะ ! จะใส่ครบ 100 ก็ใส่ได้ค่ะ มันไม่ยากหรอก ก็ที่คิดน้อย ๆ ไงคะเลยกลับมาแก้แล้วแก้อีก เพราะว่าตอนที่ยื่นเอกสารหารือ จนท.เขาบอกว่ายื่นหารือทาง Internet ใส่ส่วนผสม ไม่ตรงกับ spec ที่แนบ ก็แสดงว่าถ้าดิฉันใส่ให้มันครบ 100 สรุปว่า มันก็ไม่ตรงกับ spec ใช่ไหมคะ เพราะใส่ในหารือ 100 แต่ใน spec เป็น 88 เดี่ยวเขาก็ให้มาแก้อีก

ผมไม่เคยยื่นหารือผ่านอินเตอร์เนท เลยไม่ทราบว่าต้องบังคับให้กรอกให้ครบ หากมีส่วนผสมไม่ครบ 100 ผมว่ายื่นที่กรมฯดีกว่า แล้วแนบ MSDS ไปด้วย ดีกว่าไปใส่ไม่ตรงตามตวามเป็นจริง เด๋วจะมีปัญหาตามมาทีหลังครับ ชิมิพี่ T
