บุคลากรเฉพาะ จากคุณ : julalak [ 7/2/2010 12:31:51 PM] โรงงานมีการใช้สารเคมีในห้อง LAB เพี่ยงเล็กน้อย( 2.5 ลิตร) แต่มีน้ำมัน สำหรับรถลิพฟ์ จำเป็นต้องมีบุคลากรเฉพาะหรือไม่ค่ะ ปล. ตอนตรวจระบบ ISO14001 Auditor แจ้งว่า ต้องมีตามข้อ4.3 ของกฏหมาย : ผู้มีไว้ในครอบครองวัตถุอันตรายที่เป็นวัตถุไวไฟ ขอบคุณค่ะ |

ตอบเป็น 2 ประเด็นค่ะ 1. สารเคมีในห้องlab หากมีการเก็บไว้ในคลังสินค้า และแบ่งมาใช้ในห้องแล็บ และเป็นวัตถุอันตรายที่กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม : ตอบ : ต้องมีบุคลากรเฉพาะ 2. น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิง ไม่อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของ กรมฯ : ตอบ : ไม่ต้องมีบุคลากรเฉพาะ |

ใช่ค่ะ เนื่องจากต้องพิจารณาคำจำกัดความของคำว่า "อาคารคลังสินค้า" ตามกฎหมายด้วยนะคะ ซืึงไม่ได้รวมถึงห้องแล็บไว้ ลองเข้าไปศึกษากฎหมายฉบับนี้ก่อนก็ดีค่ะ |
