การแจ้ง/ขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตราย จากคุณ : Phattaravichittra [ 23/12/2556] ที่บริษัทมีสารเคมีที่มีรายชื่ออยู่ในประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรมเรื่องบัญชีรายชื่อ 2556 ซึ่งมีทั้งชนิดที่ 2 และ 3 แต่เป็นสำหรับใช้เพื่อการอุตสาหกรรม ไม่ทราบว่าต้องมีการแจ้ง หรือ ขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตราย หรือไม่คะ ซึ่งปัจจุบัน ทางบริษัทได้มีการแจ้ง วอ.อก7 ทุกๆ 6 เดือนอยู่แล้วค่ะ |

ถ้าไม่ได้นำเข้าจากต่างประเทศเองหรือกรณีซื้อสินค้าภายในประเทศ ไม่ต้องขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตราย แต่ในกรณีเป็นผู้นำเข้าสินค้าเองต้องขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตราย ทั้งนี้มีการแจ้งวออก.7 และรายงานปริมาณวัตถุอันตรายทั้งหมดที่มีอยู่โดยบุคลากรเฉพาะ ทุกปีค้า |

ถ้าวัตถุอันตรายเป็นประเภทชนิดที่ 2 และ 3 ถ้าซื้อภายในประเทศต้องไปขอใบอนุญาตครอบครองวัตถุอันตรายด้วยครับ แต่ถ้าเป็นการนำเข้ามันจะครอบคลุมตามทะเบียนและใบอนุญาตนำเข้าโดยปริยายอยู่ครับ |
