ข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับ การขออนุญาต และการขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตราย จากคุณ : Khanitta [ 21/7/2557] สวัสดีค่ะ รบกวนสอบถามข้อมูล เนื่องจากทางบริษัท มีการครอบครองวัตถุอันตรายที่นำมาใช้ในกระบวนการผลิต โดยสั่งซื้อจากภายในประเทศ และมีการดำเนินการจัดเก็บ ตามคู่มือ มีการรายงาน วอ.อก7 และบุคลลากรเฉพาะ และจัดส่งรายงาน บฉ.4 ตามกฎหมาย แต่มีข้อสงสัยและไม่แน่ใจเกี่ยวกับ การขออนุญาต และการขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตราย ชนิดที่ 2 และ 3 ว่าจะต้องทำการขออนุญาตหรือไม่คะ เพราะนำมาใช้ในอุตสาหกรรม สามารถอ้างอิงการยกเว้นตาม ประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เรื่อง ยกเว้นไม่ต้องปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัติ วัตถุอันตราย พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ เกี่ยวกับการแจ้งดำเนินการ การขออนุญาต และการขึ้นทะเบียนวัตถุอันตรายที่กรมโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมมีอำนาจหน้าที่รับผิดชอบ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๖ได้หรือไม่ รบกวนท่านผู้รู้ชอบตอบข้อข้องใจ หากเข้าใจผิดจักได้ดำเนินการให้ถูกต้องต่อไปค่ะ ขอแสดงความนับถือ ขนิษฐา |
